Ownership & Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Eye Am Illustrations unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

For custom projects, Eye Am Illustrations retains copyright to all original artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights specific to the project but may not reproduce the artwork for other purposes without prior approval.

Online Store & Orders

Our products are created and fulfilled through Printful, a print-on-demand partner. By ordering from Eye Am Illustrations, you acknowledge that:

• Product colors, placement, or sizes may vary slightly due to printing methods.

• Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary.

• Payment is required at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because most items are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are limited. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with photos, and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue. Custom orders and digital products are non-refundable.

Custom Projects & Collaborations

When commissioning custom work, details such as scope, pricing, timeline, and usage rights will be confirmed in writing before work begins. A deposit or full payment may be required upfront. Custom projects generally include a set number of revisions; additional changes may incur extra fees. Eye Am Illustrations reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with the business.

Limitation of Liability

Eye Am Illustrations is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party services such as Printful or shipping carriers. While we strive to ensure a seamless experience, we cannot guarantee the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina. Any disputes will be handled under South Carolina jurisdiction.
